After her own physical restrictions were successfully treated by these methods, she was convinced.  Cindy has extensive training in Myofascial Release and Craniosacral Therapy and holds advanced degrees in exercise physiology, physical therapy and biomechanics.  She has particular expertise in woman's health, abdominal adhesions, headaches, TMJ and postural dysfunction. Janet is a certified childbirth educator, birth doula, lactation counselor and prenatal/postpartum yoga teacher.  She offers families a variety of services including childbirth classes, labor support, prenatal yoga classes. Rebecca Tuffey enjoys helping people expand their potential by dealing practically with how they use their bodies. She is a nationally certified Alexander Technique teacher having trained at the American Center for the Alexander Technique (ACAT). She holds a B.A. from Sarah Lawrence College, where she first encountered the Alexander Technique in 1994 as an actress, singer, and novice dancer.
