Cindy became intrigued by the power of Myofascial Release during a student internship when a simple, cross-hand technique on a patient's chest eliminated months of unabating pain. After her own physical restrictions were successfully treated by these methods, she was convinced. Cindy has extensive training in Myofascial Release and Craniosacral Therapy and holds advanced degrees in exercise physiology, physical therapy and biomechanics. She has particular expertise in woman's health, abdominal adhesions, headaches, TMJ and postural dysfunction. Her skillful hands and relaxed demenear help patients get relief from head to toe. Janet Bogardus CD (DONA), LCCE
Janet is a certified childbirth educator, birth doula, lactation counselor and prenatal/postpartum yoga teacher. She offers families a variety of services including childbirth classes, labor support, prenatal yoga classes. She has been a Lamaze certified childbirth educator since 2006, and teaches privately in client's homes as well as group classes at Roosevelt Hospital where she is on faculty. She has helped hundreds of families from the New York City area and has had the honor of being a part of over 90 births. She is truly interested in listening to her clients and helping them achieve their optimum birth desires.

Rebecca Tuffey enjoys helping people expand their potential by dealing practically with how they use their bodies. She is a nationally certified Alexander Technique teacher having trained at the American Center for the Alexander Technique (ACAT). She holds a B.A. from Sarah Lawrence College, where she first encountered the Alexander Technique in 1994 as an actress, singer, and novice dancer. Rebecca runs the public demonstration series at New York City's best-established Alexander institute and she is on the faculty of The New School and teacher training program at ACAT. Rebecca has a private practice in Union Square and Astoria, Queens and offers workplace seminars.
